If a fax is not being delivered to your email address for any reason,
please verify that the sender is using your correct fax number and extension if any.
Often this is due to a misdialed or improperly programmed fax number.
Your fax number is listed in "My Account" page, link to which can be found when you login to your DIRI.com account.
Also, keep in mind the setup of your email as the Fax messages could go directly to your "Trash" folder
if spam filters are not configured properly. Please make sure to allow delivery for all emails from diri.com.
